Domonique is a true professional. I gave her a difficult assignment in early December 2024 - Find me two rooms in Paris at an exceptional hotel for 4 kids and two adults during the Christmas Holiday. Oh, and try to keep the price reasonable. Within 24 hours, she had two rooms with rollaways to accommodate everyone. Check-in was a cinch and we were so happy she took care of everything so mom, dad and all four kids could all collapse onto our respective beds after a long day of travel from London. We booked this Paris trip somewhat last minute, and during a hectic time, so that made it challenging. Dominque was proactive and flexible and checked in with us when we were abroad. It was great having drivers arranged to take us to and from the airport. It was also nice to have her secure a private guide at the Louvre and deal with getting us our Eiffel Tower tickets.
