Generally most payments can be made via credit card. We'll provide clear instructions for you to submit your credit card using a secure link. Some suppliers may request a bank transfer. We will clearly state all information regarding payment before anything is booked.
How do I pay for my trip?
Yes, if necessary, we’ll work with you to adjust any details within reason. Please note, some changes may incur additional fees.
Can I make changes to my itinerary after it’s been booked?
We’ll check in regularly via email, keeping you updated on progress and asking for feedback. We will have an initial voice or video call to get started and if you’d like, we can also schedule a pre-trip call to review all the itinerary details. You can always reach out with questions at any time.
How often will we communicate during the planning process?
Once approved, we’ll finalize bookings and send you all the details, including confirmations, travel documents, and any last-minute tips in one beautiful app-based itinerary.
What happens once I approve my itinerary?
Absolutely! We're available for assistance throughout your trip, whether it’s a last-minute change or a quick question. However, please keep in mind that we observe weekends and holidays and with international travel time differences may incur delays.
Do you offer support while I’m traveling?
No! We can book hotels, tour travel, cruises and more at no extra cost to you.
Do I pay more to book with you?
